This study discusses the Effectiveness of One-Stop Licensing Services at the One-Stop Investment and Integrated Services Office (DPMPTSP) in North Kolaka Regency. The type of research used is qualitative description research with a descriptive type of research, the data sources in this study are primary and secondary data sources. The informants in this study were 6 people. Data collection techniques with in-depth interviews, direct observation and documentation. The results of this study show that the implementation of one-stop licensing services at the North Kolaka Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Office (DPMPTSP) has been very effective, which can be seen from the mechanism for implementing licensing services and the implementation of service standards in accordance with service standards based on the Decree of the Regent of North Kolaka Number: 500.16/157/2024 concerning Service Standards at the DPMPTSP of North Kolaka Regency, Including: simplicity, clarity, certainty of time, accuracy, security, responsibility, completeness of facilities and infrastructure, ease of access, discipline, friendliness and courtesy, and comfort. By looking at the two things mentioned above and the response given by the people of North Kolaka Regency to the services organized by DPMPTSP, it shows that licensing services in North Kolaka Regency have experienced a very significant improvement through the implementation of a one-stop integrated licensing service system. And what is an inhibiting factor is the low understanding and knowledge related to on-line-based licensing, while the supporting factors are: (1) Government Policies/Rules on the Implementation of One-Stop Integrated Services as outlined in Regent Regulation Number 12 of 2022, (2) Online Licensing Information System, (3) Quality of Human Resources, (4) Community Participation. With these supporting factors, the implementation of licensing services at DPMPTSP North Kolaka Regency can continue to provide services that are not only fast and efficient, but also quality, accountable, and able to meet public expectations, as well as create greater trust in the government.
