Toko Gorden XYZ, located in North Jakarta, previously relied on a conventional sales system, which limited market reach and reduced operational efficiency. This study aims to design a web-based sales information system to support the digitalization of business processes. The system development followed the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using the Waterfall model, consisting of analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages. The system was built using modern technologies such as Node.js, React.js, TypeScript, MySQL, and Tailwind CSS. Based on the results of Blackbox testing, the system functioned as expected and successfully supported the entire online sales process. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi penjualan berbasis web guna mendukung proses digitalisasi bisnis. Proses pengembangan sistem mengikuti metode Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model Waterfall, yang mencakup tahapan analisis, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan teknologi modern seperti Node.js, React.js, TypeScript, MySQL, dan Tailwind CSS. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dengan metode Blackbox, sistem berfungsi sesuai dengan yang diharapkan dan mampu mendukung seluruh proses penjualan secara online. Implementasi sistem ini terbukti mampu meningkatkan efisiensi kerja serta memperluas jangkauan pemasaran Toko Gorden XYZ secara signifikan.
