This study examines the level of employee satisfaction with the use of the Electronic Correspondence Application System (ASME) at Perum Perhutani Bojonegoro Region, which aims to improve the efficiency of correspondence management. Quantitative methods with a Likert scale questionnaire survey were used to measure ease of use, effectiveness, accuracy, technical support, and system speed. The results showed that the majority of employees were satisfied with ASME, especially in accelerating the process of digital correspondence and archiving, although there were technical obstacles such as difficulty in using and maintaining the server. Clustering analysis divided respondents into three clusters with different levels of satisfaction, providing a basis for system improvement through increased training, infrastructure, and system updates. These findings are useful for ASME managers at Perhutani and other agencies to improve the quality of the electronic correspondence system.
