<![CDATA[This study investigates the challenges faced by fourth-grade teachers at SD Al Baitul Amien 02 (Full Day School) in Jember in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum. The introduction identifies key issues such as a lack of experience with the curriculum, insufficient training, and low-quality textbooks that hinder the effective adoption of student-centered learning. The study employs a qualitative research method, utilizing interviews and classroom observations to explore how teachers navigate these challenges. Results reveal that teachers struggle with time management due to a packed schedule, limited access to digital resources, and a lack of basic digital competencies, which further complicate the implementation process. The study concludes by highlighting the need for improved teacher training, better access to resources, and more time for teachers to adapt to the curriculum changes in order to enhance the successful implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at the school.]]>
