This expert system application is made using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The application has embedded the Certainty Factor Method which is used to trace otitis media disease based on the symptoms experienced by the patient. The application of the certainty factor method for the diagnosis of otitis media disease at the Bhayangkara Bengkulu Hospital can help in diagnosing otitis media disease, by providing consultation directions starting from entering symptoms to getting consultation results and solutions provided to overcome the disease.
