Abstract

Perpustakaan Universitas Dehasen Bengkulu memprediksi buku favorit berdasarkan catatan peminjaman buku. Prediksi buku favorit bertujuan untuk mempermudah persediaan jumlah buku dan penyusunan buku di ruang perpustakaan, sehingga juga mempermudah pembaca buku yang menginginkan buku favorit untuk dibaca. Masalah yang dialami ketika penjaga perpustakaan melakukan prediksi adalah saat membuka kembali catatan peminjaman buku dan mengumpulkan nama-nama buku yang paling banyak dipinjam sehingga cara ini sangat sulit untuk dilakukan mengingat banyaknya data peminjam yang terdapat di dalam buku catatan. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sebuah solusi untuk mempermudah penjaga perpustakaan dalam memprediksi buku favorit. Penelitian ini menerapkan data mining menggunakan metode naive bayes, sehingga dengan adanya data mining menggunakan naive bayes diharapkan dapat mempermudah penjaga perpustakaan dalam memprediksi buku favorit.

Abstract

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi tidak dapat dipisahkan dengan dunia internet. Informasi yang yang disajikan saat ini sudah sangat global dan on time sehingga informasi terupdate dan ketersedian data di segala bidang sangat berlimpah, akan sangat berguna dan bermanfaat jika kita dapat mengolah untuk menemukan insights dari data berupa informasi penting yang akan bermanfaat dalam mengambil keputusan. Berdasarkan hasil observasi, diperoleh informasi bahwa mitra membutuhkan kegiatan yang dapat menumbuhkan dan memberikan pengetahuan kepada mitra berkaitan dengan data science yaitu keterampilan/kemampuan mengimplemntasikan tiga pilar ilmu matematika, statistika, dan komputer (pemrograman) berkolaborasi dengan tujuan membuat proses pengolahan data lebih efisien dan akurat serta menghasilkan keputusan yang tepat bagi pengambil kebijakan. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan workshop pengenalan dan pemanfatan data science. Tujuan kegiatan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada mitra terkait Data Science dan pemanfaatan dalam bidang pendidikan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi dan umpan balik, kegiatan ini sangat memberikan manfaat bagi peserta dengan meningkatnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman peserta sebesar 78% berkaitan dengan data science. Dengan memanfaatkan data science maka mereka dapat menemukan insights/pengetahuan dari data tersebut dalam pengambilan keputusan.Abstract: Technological developments cannot be separated from the world of the internet. The information presented today is very global and on time so that there is updated information and the availability of data in all fields is very abundant, it will be very useful and beneficial if we can process it to find insights from the data in the form of important information that will be useful in making decisions. Based on observations, information was obtained that partners need activities that can grow and provide knowledge to partners related to data science, namely skills/abilities to implement the three pillars of mathematics, statistics, and computers (programming) in collaboration with the aim of making data processing more efficient and accurate and produce the right decisions for policy makers. The activity was carried out with a workshop on the introduction and use of data science. The purpose of the activity is to provide understanding to partners regarding Data Science and its use in the field of education. Based on the results of the evaluation and feedback, this activity was very beneficial for the participants by increasing the knowledge and understanding of participants by 78% related to data science. By utilizing data science, they can find insights/knowledge from the data in making decisions.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat berupa sosialisasi tentang Pengenalan Artificial Intelligence Kepada Siswa Di Lingkungan Sekolah Menengah Atas ini bertujuan untuk membantu para siswa SMA Negeri 3 Bengkulu Utara mendapatkan informasi tentang kemajuan teknologi yang berhubungan dengan Artificial Intelligence. Proses sosialisasi ini dilakukan dengan memberikan informasi tentang kecerdasan buatan yang dikhususkan untuk memecahkan masalah kognitif yang umumnya terkait dengan kecerdasan manusia, seperti pembelajaran, pemecahan masalah, dan pengenalan pola.Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah agar para siswa siswi bisa lebih memahami dalam kemajuan teknologi kecerdasan buatan di Indonesia dengan memanfaatkan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang ada karena SDM dalam negeri tak kalah berkualitas dengan SDM luar negeri, juga diharapkan dengan adanya Artificial Intelligence ini dapat mengembangkan SDM di negara Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstract: Non PNS Employee Performance Assessment aims to find employees who have profiles that match the criteria. Another problem that occurs is the difficulty of selecting non-PNS employees properly and fairly due to the diversity of educational backgrounds, experience, competencies and employee portfolios so that it becomes a concern in determining whether or not employees are eligible to receive benefits outside of the basic salary. To overcome these constraints, a decision support system using the WASPAS method is needed to be used as an additional medium to support the decision-making process. The SMART method searches for the most suitable alternative priority by using weighting. System implementation uses the Visual Basic 2010 programming language and the method used in this study is the waterfall method. From the results of the tests carried out, it can be concluded that evaluating the performance of non-PNS employees using WASPAS can be carried out properly by taking the top number of employees from the WASPAS ranking process which can then be reported in the form of a report on the results of evaluating the performance of non-PNS employees.Keywords: performance; WASPAS; decision support system Abstrak: Penilaian kinerja Pegawai Non PNS bertujuan untuk mencari pegawai yang memiliki profil sesuai dengan kriteria ketentuan. Masalah lain yang terjadi adalah sulitnya menyeleksi pegawai Non PNS dengan baik dan adil dikarenakan keragaman latar belakang pendidikan, pengalaman, kompetensi serta portofolio karyawan sehingga menjadi perhatian dalam menentukan pegawai yang layak atau tidak untuk mendapatkan tunjangan diluar gaji pokok. Untuk mengatasi kendala-kendala tersebut maka dibutuhkan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan metode WASPAS untuk dimanfaatkan sebagai media tambahan dalam menunjang proses pengambilan keputusan. Metode SMART mencari prioritas pilihan alternatif yang paling sesuai dengan menggunakan pembobotan. Implementasi sistem menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic 2010 dan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode waterfall. Dari hasil pengujian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan adalah penilaian kinerja pegawai Non PNS menggunakan WASPAS dapat dilakukan dengan baik dengan mengambil jumlah karyawan teratas dari proses perankingan WASPAS yang kemudian dapat dilaporkan dalam bentuk laporan hasil penilaian kinerja pegawai Non PNS.Kata kunci: kinerja; WASPAS; sistem pendukung keputusan

Abstract

The nutritional condition of children under five is one of the parameters of the state of public health in each region. Good nutrition in toddlers has an important influence on normal growth, physical development and intelligence in children, with good nutrition the body is not easily attacked by disease, infection, and is protected from chronic diseases. So there is a need for a system to find out the nutritional status of toddlers in a region as a source of information. input for the government and policy holders in the field of public health to prevent and overcome malnutrition in children under five.This research applies data mining for clustering the nutritional status of toddlers at the Dermayu Community Health Center using the K-Medoids algorithm method. This research method uses the waterfall method.Based on the results of this research, the nutritional status values of toddlers at the Dermayu Community Health Center can be clustered using the K-Medoids algorithm through two parameters: Toddler Weight (BB) and Toddler Height (TB), which are divided into 5 clusters, namely obesity, over nutrition, good nutrition, malnutrition and malnutrition to help the performance of community health centers and parents of toddlers in early handling of toddlers' nutritional conditions. From these results, it is known that there are still 30% of toddlers who are obese and 11% of toddlers who are malnourished, so there is a need for assistance from the relevant health centers for parents of toddlers so that the number of toddlers who are malnourished can decrease in the following year.

Abstract

Each department in the school has a subject schedule which is arranged in such a way as to ensure the teaching and learning process in that department continues. A good teaching schedule has an even distribution of subjects every day for each level without experiencing obstacles in the teaching and learning process. In preparing the teaching schedule, it is formed based on the number of teachers teaching, number of subjects, number of teaching days and number of classrooms. The problem that occurs is that the large number of classrooms and the small number of teachers makes it complicated to prepare the teaching schedule and you have to re-arrange the teaching schedule, because each time it is prepared there are often conflicts, namely one teacher teaching in a different room at the same time. Therefore, we need a way to make teaching schedules no longer complicated. This research creates an application that can arrange teaching schedules using the Ant colony optimization method so that preparing teaching schedules is no longer complicated.

Urrently, The Use Of Computer Networks Is Very Necessary, Such As For Teaching And Learning Activities And Work. state high school 1 Kota Bengkulu Already Has A Network That Is Used For Teaching And Learning Activities. Currently The Computer Network In The Computer Laboratory Of state high school 1 Bengkulu City Totals 24 Computer Units.The Computer Network In The state high school1 Bengkulu City Computer Laboratory Does Not Yet Have A System That Can Carry Out Monitoring, So It Is Slow To Identify Problems That Occur On The Network. One Application That Monitors Networks Is Zabbix. Zabbix, In Monitoring The Network, Can Send Notifications To Telegram.Zabbix Can Run On The Linux Ubuntu Server 20.04 Operating System. The Linux Ubuntu Server 20.04 Operating System Is Used Because It Is Open Source And Does Not Require High Hardware Specifications. Because The Linux Ubuntu Server Operating System In Carrying Out Network Monitoring Using Zabbix Uses Small Server Resources. Zabbix Can Monitor Problems That Occur With Each Client And The Time When The Problem Occurs. Zabbix Can Also Send Problem Information In Real Time To The Network Admin's Telegram, So That Admins Can Easily Find Out About Problems That Occur On Computers Connected To The Network. Abstract

Palm oil is one of the largest export commodities in Indonesia. Accuracy in determining the level of maturity of oil palm fruit determines the quality of this plant's harvest. This research uses digital image processing to identify the maturity level of oil palm fruit based on RGB (Red, Green, Blue) and HSV (Hue, Saturation, Value) colors. Images in the form of photos of oil palm fruit taken with a digital camera were processed with MATLAB software and then analyzed using the Self Organizing Map (SOM) method to obtain a comparison of the RGB and HSV feature extraction results. The results of the research succeeded in distinguishing the level of maturity, namely very ripe, ripe, almost ripe and unripe, the color of the oil palm fruit was red, black orange, yellow and black. The accuracy of the results using the performance evaluation matrix method of the SOM method, namely Quantization Error, Silhouette Score and Topographic Error. Quantization Error RGB (0.004737) is lower than HSV (0.073178) which shows RGB's ability is good in representing data in SOM, Silhouette Score HSV (0.704204) is higher than RGB (0.599846) indicating HSV's ability is slightly better in grouping objects and both have no problems on Topographic Error mapping (0.000000). In the RGB image similarity approach, it is better than HSV.

Abstract

The development of Science and Information Technology is currently increasingly rapid, making it easier for all elements of society to use data and information quickly and accurately, one of which is using expert systems. This study aims to create an expert system for diagnosing schizophrenia, because schizophrenia is one of the mental disorders with the most patients at the Soeprapto Bengkulu special mental hospital. This expert system uses the Dempster Shafer method, a mathematical theory based on functions or belief values that is used to combine and calculate the probability of a phenomenon. This application can be accessed by patients through the registration room so that staff and patients can quickly carry out consultations without waiting for a doctor and it is hoped that it can be used by patients in early diagnosis to prevent more serious diseases. This system is designed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database,therefore the resulting expert system is able to help patients diagnose schizophrenia as well as provide fast and precise solutions to the disease they are experiencing.
