<![CDATA[ABSTRACT Surgery is a treatment method that uses invasive techniques, by making an incision to open and display the body part to be treated, then closing the wound with a suture process. The impact of surgery can cause various psychological problems in patients, one of which is anxiety. This study aims to determine the effect of giving 5-finger hypnosis therapy on reducing anxiety levels in pre-operative patients in the Surgical Clusterization Inpatient Room of the Workers' General Hospital. Design This study used a quasi-experimental approach with a pre-post without control. The sample taken in this study was a number of 18 respondents. The research instrument used was the HARS questionnaire. From the results of univariate data testing, it was found that most were aged 26-35 years as many as 11 respondents (61.1%). with female gender with a percentage of 77.8%. From the results of the bivariate test, it was found that there was an effect of Action on anxiety before and after being given finger grip therapy in pre-operative patients at the Jakarta Workers' General Hospital with a P-value of 0.000. Conclusion From the results of the research that has been conducted, it can be concluded that there is a decrease in the level of anxiety in pre-operative patients in the Surgical Clusterization Inpatient Room of the Workers' General Hospital. Keywords: Anxiety, Finger-Held Hypnosis, Pre-Surgery ABSTRAK Pembedahan merupakan metode pengobatan yang menggunakan teknik invasif, dengan membuat sayatan untuk membuka dan menampilkan bagian tubuh yang akan ditangani, kemudian menutup luka dengan proses penjahitan. Dampak pembedahan dapat menimbulkan berbagai masalah psikologis pada pasien, salah satunya adalah kecemasan. Penelitian ini Bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian terapi hipnotis 5 jari terhadap penurunan tingkat kecemasan pada pasien pre operasi di Ruang Inap Clusterisasi Bedah Rumah Sakit Umum Pekerja. Metodologi: Desain Pada penelitian ini menggunakan quasy eksperimen dengan pendekatan pre-post without control. Sample yang diambil pada penelitian ini adalah sejumlah responden 18 responden. Instrumen penelitian yang digunnakan adalah kuesioner HARS. Dari hasil pengujian data univariat didapatkan sebgaian besar memiliki usia 26-35 tahun sebanyak 11 responden (61,1%). dengan Jenis kelamin Perempuan dengan presentase 77,8%. Dari hasil uji bivariat didapatakan hasil adanya pengaruh Tindakan terhadap kecemasan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan terapi genggam jari pada pasien pra operasi di RS Umum Pekerja Jakarta dengan P-value 0,000. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan adanya penurunan tingkat kecemasan pada pasien pre operasi di Ruang Inap Clusterisasi Bedah Rumah Sakit Umum Pekerja.
