Kanker adalah penyakit mematikan dan angka kejadiannya di Indonesia sangat tinggi. Data di Departemen Kesehatan didapati angka 1,8 per 100 ribu penduduk. Ironisnya saat ini belum ditemukan antikanker yang efektif dan aman. Minyak kayu manisyang diperoleh dari tanaman kayu manis (Cinnamomum burmannii) diduga memiliki aktivitas antikanker. Penelitian sebelumnyaÂ bertujuan untuk isolasi, standarisasi minyak kayu manis sudah dilakukan. Saat ini penelitian dilanjutkan terhadap uji aktifitas serta keamanan minyak kayu manis untukÂ mendapatkan fitofarmaka antikanker. Pengujian aktivitas antikanker Â dengan menguji kemampuan penghambatan sel kanker terhadap sel line kanker WiDr (kanker kolon). Keamanan minyak kayu manisditentukan dengan melakukan uji toksisitas sub kronis terhadap mencit putih jantan.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa minyak kayu manis memiliki aktifitas sitotoksik terhadap kultur sel WiDr dengan IC50=13,70Âµg/ml.Â Pemberian minyak kayu manis kepada hewan uji Tikus selama 1 bulan tidak memberikan perubahan biokimia darah BUN kreatinin, SGPT dan SGOT, serta hematologi Darah. Hasil histopatologi terhadap hepar dan ginjal juga tidak memberikan kerusakan sel kecuali pada dosis 0,04ml/200 g BB.Â Kata kunci:Minyak kayu manis, antikanker, WiDr, toksisitas

This paper aims to examine the effect of corporate value on investor reactions with enterprise risk management (ERM) and intellectual capital disclosure (ICD) as a mediation variable on Indonesian companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index in 2016. The sample of this study consists of 25 companies with purposive sampling technique. Five ways numerical coding system and Partial Least Square (PLS) are used as a tool to perform data analysis. The results show that firm value has a significant influence on investor reaction. Unlike the ERM capable of mediating the relationship between corporate value and investor reactions, ICD is unable to mediate.

Bit merah (Beta vulgaris L.) adalah tanaman umbi-umbian yang termasuk dalam famili Chenopodiaceae yang kaya akan gizi. Bit merah memiliki pigmen betalain yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok, yaitu betasianin dan betasantin, yang diketahui memiliki efek anti radikal bebas dan aktivitas antioksidan yang tinggi. Bit merah yang dibudidayakan pada ketinggian tempat lebih rendah dapat mengalami cekaman suhu yang dapat memengaruhi pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman. Upaya dalam mengatasi pengaruh negatif dari cekaman suhu dapat dilakukan dengan pemberian pupuk nitrogen dan pupuk kandang. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mempelajari tingkat adaptasi tanaman bit merah dalam pertumbuhan, hasil umbi dan pigmen tanaman pada dataran rendah dengan pemberian pupuk nitrogen dan pupuk kandang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni hingga September 2019 di lahan Agro Techno Park Universitas Brawijaya Jatikerto. Penelitian dirancang dengan Rancangan Acak Kelompok secara faktorial. Faktor pertama adalah pupuk kandang ayam dengan dua taraf, yaitu 0 dan 20 ton ha-1. Faktor kedua adalah pupuk nitrogen dengan empat taraf, yaitu 0, 100, 200 dan 300 kg N ha-1. Ulangan dilakukan sebanyak empat kali dan diuji lanjut menggunakan BNT 5%. Parameter pertumbuhan meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, bobot basah tanaman dan bobot kering tanaman. Parameter hasil umbi meliput bobot basah umbi dan bobot kering umbi. Parameter pigmen tanaman meliputi kandungan klorofil daun dan betalain. Adaptasi tanaman bit merah di dataran rendah hanya dapat ditingkatkan dalam pertumbuhan pada jumlah daun, luas daun dan bobot kering tanaman dengan pemberian pupuk nitrogen dan pupuk kandang ayam.

This research is backed by the high percentage of peopleâ€™s graduation to learn to take national examinations of computer standards and school exams in national standards. This research aims to illustrate the implementation of the learning evaluation conducted by tutors at the community leaning Centers Farilla Ilmi. This research form ex post facto with population learning C package as much as 60 people. Samples were pulled as many as 30 people using a stratified random sampling technique. Data is collected using poll techniques and analyzed using a percentage formula. The results of the study showed (1) package C tutors at the community learning centers Farilla Ilmi very varied, there are already graduates who are still students and some are only having a senior secondary school diploma but have a certificate of training A lot. (2) The evaluation of learning conducted by tutors performed very well. The evaluation is conducted comprehensively ranging from assessing the readiness of the citizens to learning, assessing the learning process, and assessing the learning outcomes of oral learners, writings and practices. The benefits that can be learned from the findings of this study are the existence of tutors who are young and generally almost the same age as the citizens learn so that the citizens learn not shy and very excited about following the lesson. The newness factor here that most tutors are recruited from Padang State University students who already carry out the teaching practice. Thus, the teaching tutor is ideal according to what it is practiced in school as a prospective teacher.

This research is motivated by the Malay mantra in Ukui Village which contains elements of the beauty of language, these elements are part of the stylistic study. These elements consist of aspects of sound and figurative language/figurative language. The problems in this study are (1) How is the stylistic analysis of the sound aspects contained in the treatment spell in Ukui Village, Ukui District, Pelalawan Regency? (2) How is the stylistic analysis of the figurative/figurative language contained in the healing spell in Ukui Village, Ukui District, Pelalawan Regency? The purpose of this study is to describe, analyze and interpret aspects of sound in healing spells in the community in Ukui Village, Ukui Subdistrict, Pelalawan Regency and to describe, analyze, and interpret figurative language/figurative language in healing spells in the community in Ukui Village, Ukui Subdistrict, Pelalawan Regency. The theory used in this study is the theory of Nurgiyantoro (2014), Pradopo (2012), Pradopo (2020) and other supporting theories. The data of this research is in the form of sound aspect which consists of rhyme, rhythm, tone and atmosphere and figurative language which consists of comparative figure of speech (simile, metaphor, personification, allegory) and linkage figure of speech (metonymy and synecdoche). This study uses a descriptive analysis method with the type of field research and uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques with interview techniques, documentation and recording. The results of this study can be concluded that there are stylistic elements in the treatment mantra in Ukui Village, namely the sound aspect of poetry which amounts to 217 words, rhythm which amounts to 174 words, tone and atmosphere which amounts to 151 words and figurative language/figurative language in personification figure of speech which amounts to 4 data and figure of speech synecdochi which amounted to 1 data. An example of the aspect of the rhyme sound at the end with an abab pattern in a stomachache medicine spell and an example of a synecdoki figure of speech figurative language on a sore throat medicine spell.

In the company’s business operations, Tesla Inc. needs a supply chain management strategy for a streamlined business process. This article will be discussing about Tesla Inc.’s supply chain management and the role of ERP in it. Tesla Inc. implements vertical supply chain integration strategy for the company’s supply chain management. Also in the business process of the company, Tesla Inc. implements ERP system known as WARP which is developed internally by the company itself to integrate business functions.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Store Atmosphere dan Lokasi terhadap Keputusan Pembelian di sejati Swalayan Pasaman Barat. Populasinya adalah semua konsumen yang berbelanja di Sejati Swalayan Pasaman Barat yang berjumlah 100 orang atau responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling yaitu penentuan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan. Pengukuran variabel menggunakan skala likert, penelitian ini termasuk kedalam penelitian bersifat asosiatif. Dan dijelaskan bahwa variabel Store Atmosphere berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian di Pasaman Barat dengan koefisien regresi 0.393 dengan nilai signifikan 0.000 (<0.05). Variabel Lokasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian di Sejati Swalayan Pasaman Barat dengan nilai koefisien regresi 0.305 dengan nilai signifikan 0.004 (>0.05). Variabel independen secara bersamaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian di Pasaman Barat dengan koefisien regresi 23.568 dengan nilai signifikan 0.000 (<0.05). Nilai koefisien determinasi menunjukkan 32,7%. Dan sisanya sebesar 67,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam pengujian ini. Hasil dari TCR Keputusan pembelian memiliki rata-rata skor sebesar 4,02 atau 80,4% responden masuk dalam kategori Baik. Variabel Store atmosphere memiliki rata-rata sebesar 3,84 atau 76,8% Responden masuk dalam kategori Cukup Baik. Variabel Lokasi memiliki rata-rata skor sebesar 4,16 atau 83,14% Responden masuk dalam kategori Baik.

Formative assessment plays a vital role in teaching and learning process in order to improve students’ learning outcome. The implementation of 2013 curriculum which is still applied in Indonesia today requires teacher to be proficient in assessing students’ learning either in the form of formative assessment or in the form of summative assessment. However, EFL teachers in Indonesian context are facing challenges in carrying out formative assessment. As such, this study aims to investigate the challenges faced by an Indonesian EFL teacher in practicing formative assessment. The researchers employed a case study research design to explore the phenomena. The data were collected through semi-structured interview and observation. The collected data were then analyzed using thematic analysis. An experienced EFL teacher who has been teaching for more than five years in a public Junior High School in West Sumatera was involved in this study. The finding reveals that teacher’s formative assessment knowledge and experience gaps are the primary obstacles faced by the teacher. Furthermore, it was discovered that one significant element that might provide challenges for the teacher is the students’ attitudes of assessment since the students have low motivation in learning English. Therefore, it is suggested that the teacher’s professional development and teacher’s collaborative work are needed to be improved.

Community service is a tangible effort to apply science and technology to directly benefit society. In the context of training Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) based on digital marketing with the theme "Advancing Bojong Jengkol MSMEs with Innovation," the main objective of this activity is to broaden insights on the use of social media in promotion and sales enhancement for the participants, as well as to provide education on financial literacy, especially for housewives. Through this training, it is hoped that the participants can utilize social media, especially WhatsApp (WA) and Instagram (IG), to develop their businesses in the future and increase understanding and awareness of the importance of financial literacy in family life. Involving a team of implementers consisting of lecturers and students, and through face-to-face lectures and workshops, this community service activity has successfully provided significant benefits to MSMEs in Bojong Jengkol Village, Ciampea, Bogor. The positive impact of social media on MSMEs, such as increased visibility, strengthening customer relationships, and facilitating online sales, supports the growth and sustainability of MSMEs. Thus, community service through digital marketing training makes a meaningful contribution to advancing MSMEs and improving the welfare of the community at large.Pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan upaya nyata dalam menerapkan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi untuk memberikan manfaat langsung kepada masyarakat. Dalam konteks pelatihan UMKM berdasarkan Pemasaran digital dengan tema "Memajukan UMKM Bojong Jengkol dengan Inovasi", tujuan utama kegiatan ini adalah untuk membuka wawasan tentang pemanfaatan media sosial dalam promosi dan peningkatan penjualan bagi para peserta, serta memberikan edukasi tentang literasi keuangan khususnya untuk ibu rumah tangga. Melalui pelatihan ini, diharapkan para peserta dapat memanfaatkan media sosial, terutama WhatsApp (wa) dan Instagram (IG), untuk mengembangkan usaha mereka di masa depan, serta meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran akan pentingnya literasi keuangan dalam kehidupan keluarga. Dengan melibatkan tim pelaksana yang terdiri dari dosen dan mahasiswa, serta melalui sesi ceramah dan workshop tatap muka, kegiatan pengabdian ini berhasil memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi UMKM di Desa Bojong Jengkol, Ciampea, Bogor. Dampak positif dari penggunaan media sosial terhadap UMKM, seperti peningkatan visibilitas, memperkuat hubungan dengan pelanggan, dan memfasilitasi penjualan online, turut mendukung pertumbuhan dan keberlangsungan usaha UMKM. Dengan demikian, pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui pelatihan Pemasaran digital ini memberikan kontribusi yang berarti dalam memajukan UMKM dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat secara luas.

This article was written because of the increasing cases of bullying in schools, one of the factors being the diversity of each student. Every student should respect each other's diversity so that good social relations can be established and divisions do not occur. This article was prepared with the aim of finding out what bullying is, what factors cause bullying to occur, what impacts will occur from acts of bullying, and how guidance and counseling teachers play a role in preventing bullying cases in schools.Bullying is a serious problem that has the potential to cause trauma to victims in various fields, including psychological, physical, social and academic. There are several factors that are the source of bullying which are generally classified into three aspects: family background, individual personality, and environmental influences, such as the school environment, social environment, and peers. Every individual who has experienced bullying almost always experiences similar psychological impacts. This psychological impact is a negative result that can be experienced by victims of bullying, which is clearly detrimental to themselves. The actions of the bully can have a long-term impact on the victim's psychological condition, and the victim may always remember the action, causing unpleasant memories for the victim. This impact is the most worrying thing for most people, where a person's psychological state is disturbed due to actions they don't want, and the perpetrator becomes a figure who is feared by many people.Guidance and counseling teachers or counselors have a central role in preventing and overcoming bullying at school. Therefore, effective and comprehensive services are needed for all students by utilizing a variety of skills and resources that can support the performance of guidance and counseling (BK) teachers. When cases of bullying occur, guidance and counseling teachers need to play an active role in resolving the problem and taking steps to prevent bullying from happening again. Guidance and guidance teachers or counselors must provide maximum and comprehensive counseling services that suit students' needs, including implementing an effective counseling guidance program to overcome bullying problems at school.
