Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengalaman kerja dan keterampilan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan metode sampling jenuh dengan 50 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman kerja dan keterampilan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja (sig. 0,000) dengan nilai koefisien determinasi 0,668, yang berarti 66,8% variasi produktivitas dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel tersebut. Secara parsial, keduanya juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan pengalaman kerja melalui pelatihan berkelanjutan dan pengembangan keterampilan teknis maupun nonteknis guna mendorong produktivitas. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi manajemen Mebel FIFA Furniture dalam merancang strategi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia, khususnya program pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan, untuk meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan di industri mebel.     This study aims to examine the influence of work experience and skills on employee productivity. A quantitative approach was applied with a saturated sampling method involving 50 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS, including validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination (R²). The findings reveal that work experience and skills simultaneously have a significant effect on employee productivity (p < 0.001), with a determination coefficient of 0.668, indicating that 66.8% of productivity variation is explained by these factors. Partially, both work experience and skills also show a positive and significant influence. These results highlight the importance of continuous training and skill development programs to enhance employee capabilities and drive productivity. This research provides practical implications for management, particularly in designing employee development strategies that strengthen competitiveness in the furniture industry.
