The massive digital transformation has reconstructed the landscape of financial behavior and needs of the millennial generation, which is inherently adaptive to technology. This generation has high expectations for financial services that are fast, flexible, and digitally based. This study systematically examines Islamic banking product innovations that address the financial needs of digital-native millennials. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, 30 nationally accredited SINTA journal articles published between 2015 and 2024 were thematically analyzed. The results show that more than 60% of the articles highlight the development of Islamic mobile banking, QRIS integration, digital financing, and collaboration with fintech as key strategies. However, challenges such as low Islamic financial literacy and institutional limitations remain significant barriers. This review concludes that the success of Islamic banking product innovation is largely determined by the synergy between digital transformation, maqashid shariah values, organizational readiness, and progressive regulatory support.
