Abstract

Clinical pharmacy services (LFC) are crucial, yet their contribution to patient experience remains to be measured. This study aims to evaluate the quality of LFC-specifically, Cytostatic Drug Compounding (POS), Drug Counseling, and Drug Therapy Monitoring (DMT) - and analyze their impact on inpatient satisfaction. This study used a quantitative cross-sectional design involving a minimum of 159 inpatients receiving LFC. Data were collected using a modified SERVQUAL questionnaire and analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The result showed that Drug Counseling Quality was the most significant and dominant predictor of satisfaction. PTO quality had a moderate positive effect, while POS, quality was insignificant. The main contribution of this study is identifying that satisfaction is driven by visible pharmacist interactions. Strategic recommendations include prioritizing clinical commounicatuon and adopting visual technology to make technical services such as DMT more transparent.   Layanan farmasi klinis (LFC) sangat penting, namun masih perlu diukur kontribusinya terhadap pengalaman pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi kualitas LFC-Khususnya Pencampuran Obat Sitostatika (POS), Konseling Obat, dan Pemantauan Terapi Obat (PTO)-Serta menganalisis pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat inap. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif cross-sectional Dengan melibatkan minimal 150 pasien rawat inap yang menerima LFC. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner modifikasi SERVQUAL dan dianalisis menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil menunjukkan Kualitas Konseling Obat menjadi prediktor kepuasan yang paling signifikan dan dominan. Kualitas PTO memberikan pengaruh positif moderat, sementara Kualitas POS tidak signifikan. Kontribusi utama penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi bahwa kepuasan didorong oleh interaksi yang terlihat (visible quality) farmasis. Rekomendasi strategis adalah memprioritaskan komunikasi klinis dan mengadopsi teknologi visual untuk membuat layanan teknis seperti POS menjadi lebih transparan.
