Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran user satifaction dalam memediasi pengaruh perceived security and risk, perceived ease of use, dan perceived enjoyment terhadap continuous intention dalam penggunaan sistem cashless di kalangan konsumen UMKM sektor food and beverage di Kota Malang. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 120 responden yang menggunakan sistem pembayaran cashless. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Perceived enjoyment berpengaruh signifikan terhadap user satifaction, sementara perceived security and risk serta perceived ease of use tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Selain itu, user satifaction terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap continuous intention. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi pengembangan strategi adopsi sistem pembayaran digital di UMKM. Kata kunci: Perceived Security and Risk, Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Enjoyment, User Satifaction, Continous Intention, Chasless System, UMKM Food and Beverage .
