In 2020, national use of modern contraception reached 57.9 percent, exceeding the government's target of 61.78 percent. The percentage of EFA mothers who use family planning methods increases in correlation with factors such as family income, knowledge, and labor support. Research objective: This is to find out the factors associated with the use of One Month Combination Pill Contraception in Purwobinangun Village, Kec. Sei Bingai Langkat Regency 2023. Analytical observational research with a cross sectional design is one type of this research. This research population involved 35 respondents from Purwobinangun, the sample in this research was 35 respondents or Total Sampling. This research was conducted in Pangkalan Siata Village which is located in Purwobinangun District. Sei Bingai Langkat Regency in 2023. The statistical test results obtained a ρ-value (0.018), so there is a relationship between age and the choice of contraceptive method. The results of the chi-square test at α = 0.05 obtained a value of p = 0.005 (P < 0.05), this means that there is a relationship between acceptor knowledge and 1 month birth control pills. The results of the statistical test are ρ-value (0.027), so there is a relationship between education and the choice of contraceptive method. The statistical test obtained a p-value (0.012), so there is a relationship between parity and the choice of contraceptive method. Can be a source of information and motivation for health services and midwives to improve family planning services, especially those providing contraceptive services Keywords: Factors, knowledge, education, parity, combination pillsABSTRAK Pada tahun 2020, penggunaan kontrasepsi modern secara nasional mencapai 57,9 persen, melebihi target pemerintah sebesar 61,78 persen. Persentase ibu PUS yang menggunakan metode KB meningkat berkorelasi dengan faktor-faktor seperti pendapatan keluarga, pengetahuan, dan dukungan tenaga kerja. Tujuan penelitian:  ini untuk mengaetahui Faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan penggunaan Kontrasepsi Pil Kombinasi Satu Bulan Di Desa Purwobinangun Kec. Sei Bingai Kabupaten Langkat Tahun 2023. Penelitian observasional analitik dengan desain cross sectional merupakan salah satu jenis penelitian ini. Populasi Penelitian ini melibatkan 35 responden dari Purwobinangun, sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 35 responden atau Total Sampling. penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Pangkalan Siata yang terletak di Purwobinangun Kec. Sei Bingai Kabupaten Langkat Tahun 2023. Hasil uji statistik didapatkan nilai ρ-value (0,018), sehingga terdapat hubungan antara umur dengan pemilihan metode kontrasepsi. Hasil uji chi-square pada α = 0,05 didapat nilai p = 0,005 (P < 0,05) hal ini berarti terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan akseptor dengan KB Pil 1 bulan. Hasil uji statistic dengan nilai ρ-value (0,027), sehingga terdapat hubungan antara pendidikan dengan pemilihan metode kontrasepsi. Uji statistik didapatkan nilai p-value (0,012), sehingga terdapat hubungan antara paritas dengan pemilihan metode kontrasepsi.
