<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Belum maksimal nya penegakan hukum terhadap penjualan minuman keras di wilayah Kabupaten Kubu Raya masih menjadi masalah dan masih banyak penjualan minuman keras yang terjadi. Hal ini tentu saja akan merugikan bagi masyarakat dan pemerintah. Di berbagai kecamatan di wilayah Kabupaten Kubu Raya masih kerap ditemukan kegiatan jual beli minuman keras. Maka dari itu diperlukan sebuah penelitian untuk mencari tahu sebab penegakan hukum terhadap penjualan minuman keras di Kabupaten Kubu Raya masih belum maksimal. Dalam penulisan ini penulis mengangkat rumusan masalah terkait dengan permasalahan yang terjadi yaitu : Mengapa penegakan hukum terhadap penjalan minuman keras di Kabupaten Kubu Raya belum maksimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis sosiologis. Lokasi penelitian terdapat di kecamatan Sungai Raya Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Hasil penelitian yang ingin dicapai yaitu : Pertama, utuk mengetahui informasi dan data penegakan hukum terhadap penjualan minuman keras di Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Kedua, untuk menganalisa mengapa penegakan hukum terhadap penjualan minuaman keras tanpa izin belum maksimal di Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Ketiga, untuk membantu pemerintah mengungkap akibat hukum bagi yang menjual minuman keras tanpa izin di Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Keempat, untuk mengungkapkan upaya penegakan hukum yang dilakukan oleh Kepolisian dan Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Therefore, a study is needed to find out why law enforcement against the sale of alcoholic beverages in Kubu Raya Regency is still not optimal. In this writing, the author raises the formulation of the problem related to the problems that occur, namely: Why is law enforcement against alcoholic beverage sellers in Kubu Raya Regency not optimal? This study uses a sociological legal approach. The location of the research is in Sungai Raya District, Kubu Raya Regency. The research results to be achieved are: First, to find out information and data on law enforcement against the sale of alcoholic beverages in Kubu Raya Regency. Second, to analyze why law enforcement against the sale of alcoholic beverages without a permit has not been optimal in Kubu Raya Regency. Third, to help the government reveal the legal consequences for those who sell alcoholic beverages without a permit in Kubu Raya Regency.
