Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan gaya kepengarangan Fariza Aulia Jasmine dalam novel Hipernova dan menganalisis potensinya sebagai alternatif materi pembelajaran sastra di SMA. Kajian difokuskan pada tiga aspek utama: pemajasan, penyiasatan struktur, dan ekspresi gagasan pengarang. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik analisis stilistika genetis dari Leech dan Short. Data diperoleh dari kutipan-kutipan dalam Hipernova yang mencerminkan ciri khas gaya bahasa Fariza Aulia Jasmine. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepengarangan Jasmine bersifat dramatis-satiris, emotif-persuasif, dan religius-reflektif. Pada aspek pemajasan, ditemukan dominasi majas perbandingan dan pengontrasan untuk memperkuat nuansa dramatik serta menyampaikan kritik sosial secara halus. Dari aspek penyiasatan struktur, digunakan pola pengulangan, pertentangan, dan penegasan guna membangun intensitas dan efek retoris. Ekspresi gagasan religius disampaikan komunikatif melalui dialog dan analogi kontekstual. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa Hipernova berpotensi digunakan sebagai materi ajar gaya bahasa prosa di kelas XII SMA. Selain itu, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memperkaya kajian stilistika dan kepengarangan, sekaligus memberi kontribusi pada pengembangan bahan ajar sastra di tingkat pendidikan menengah.This study aims to describe the authorship style of Fariza Aulia Jasmine in the novel Hipernova and to analyze its potential as alternative teaching material for literature classes at the senior high school level. The study focuses on three main aspects: figurative language, structural strategies, and the expression of the author's ideas. The method employed is qualitative-descriptive, using Leech and Short’s genetic stylistic analysis technique. The data are drawn from excerpts in Hipernova that reflect Jasmine’s distinctive language style. The findings reveal that Jasmine's authorship style is characterized by dramatic-satirical, emotive-persuasive, and religious-reflective tones. In terms of figurative language, the author predominantly employs comparisons and contrasts to enhance dramatic effect and subtly deliver social criticism. Structural strategies include repetition, opposition, and emphasis, aimed at building narrative intensity and persuasive power. The author's religious values are expressed communicatively through dialogue and contextual analogies. These findings suggest that Hipernova has strong potential to be utilized as teaching material for prose stylistics in 12th-grade literature classes. Furthermore, the study is expected to enrich stylistic and authorship research while contributing to the development of innovative literature learning materials at the secondary education level.
