<![CDATA[The Professional Nursing Practice Model (PNPM) is a system (structure, process, and professional values) that enables professional nurses to manage the provision of nursing care, including an environment that can support the provision of nursing care. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of PNPM on the quality of nursing services at Murni Teguh Memorial Hospital. The research design was a quasy experimental method nonequivalent posttest only design, with 20 respondents in the intervention group and 20 respondents in the control group. The statistical tests used were the Wilcoxon test and the Mc Nemar test. The results showed that there was an effect of PNPM implementation on client/family satisfaction (p=0.002), and nurse adherence to standards (p=0.0001), while there was no effect of PNPM implementation on length of stay (p=0.490), and number of HAIs (p=0). This study concluded that the application of PNPM can affect the quality of nursing services, namely client/family satisfaction, and nurse compliance with standards at Murni Teguh Memorial Hospital. It is hoped that further research will be able to measure nurse performance satisfaction after implementing PNPM. Abstrak Model Praktik Keperawatan Profesional (MPKP) ialah suatu sistem (struktur, proses, dan nilai–nilai profesional) yang memungkinkan perawat profesional mengatur pemberian asuhan keperawatan termasuk lingkungan yang dapat memopang pemberian asuhan keperawatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan MPKP terhadap mutu pelayanan keperawatan di Murni Teguh Memorial Hospital. Desain penelitian adalah quasi experimental metode nonequivalent posttest only design, dengan 20 responden pada kelompok intervensi dan 20 responden pada kelompok kontrol. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah uji Wilcoxon test dan uji Mc Nemar Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh penerapan MPKP terhadap kepuasan klien/keluarga (p=0,002), dan kepatuhan perawat terhadap standar (p=0,0001), sedangkan tidak ada pengaruh penerapan MPKP terhadap lama hari rawat inap (p=0,490), dan angka HAIs (p=0). Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan MPKP dapat mempengaruhi mutu pelayanan keperawatan yaitu kepuasan klien/keluarga, dan kepatuhan perawat terhadap standar di Murni Teguh Memorial Hospital.
