Abstract : This study has the objective to determine how the variables of population, the GDP, government spending, and inflation attect Local Own Revenue in the Province of Aceh. The source of data used were obtained from the Department of Finance of Aceh Province (DKA), Department of Income and Wealth Aceh (DPKA) Aceh Province, the Central Bureau Stasistik (BPS) Aceh, the Department of Labor and Population Mobility of Aceh Province, as well as related books, journals and other written reports and the type of data used is secondary data. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression using the dependent variable is the Local Own Revenue (PAD) while the independent variable is Population, the GDP, Expenditures and Inflation for the period of 2000 to 2013. The results show that based on test proved of F-test, the variable number of the population, the ratio of (government expenditure / GDP) and inflation together affect the PAD, because the level of significance is below 0.05 while the t test shows the variables of population and inflation does not affect the PAD. While variable the rate (government expenditure / GDP) affect the PAD. Keywords: PAD, GDP, inflation. Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh variabel jumlah penduduk, PDRB, pengeluaran pemerintah dan inflasi terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah di Provinsi Aceh.Sumber data yang digunakan diperoleh dari Dinas Keuangan Aceh (DKA) Provinsi Aceh, Dinas Pendapatan dan Kekayaan Aceh (DPKA) Provinsi Aceh, Badan Pusat Stasistik (BPS) Aceh, Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Mobilitas Penduduk Aceh, serta buku-buku pendukung, jurnal dan laporan tertulis lainnya dan jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan variabel dependen adalah Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) sedangkan variabel Independen yaitu Jumlah Penduduk, PDRB, Pengeluaran Pemerintah dan Inflasi dari tahun 2000 s/d 2013. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan Uji F membuktikan bahwa variabel jumlah penduduk, rasio (pengeluaran pemerintah/PDRB) dan inflasi secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi PAD, karena signifikansi berada dibawah 0,05 sedangkan dari Uji t menunjukkan variabel jumlah penduduk dan inflasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap PAD. Sedangkan variabel rasio (pengeluaran pemerintah/PDRB) berpengaruh terhadap PAD. Kata Kunci : Pendapatan Asli Daerah, PDRB, Inflasi.
