<![CDATA[Water apple varieties that are popular in Indonesia include Citra and Madu Deli because they have a sweet taste and interesting color. One method of propagating water apple to obtain superior and quality seeds is through grafting. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of administering the ZPT concentration of the best aloe vera extract and the type of water apple variety on the success of planting water apple, as well as the interaction of the concentration of aloe vera extract with the type of variety on the success of planting water apple. The research was carried out in February-June 2024 at the RK Integrated Field Laboratory, University of Lampung. This research uses RGK factorial treatment (2x4). The first factor is the concentration of aloe vera extract of 0% (K0), 25% (K1), 50% (K2), and 75% (K3). The second factor is the water apple variety which consists of 2 varieties, namely Citra (P1) and Madu Deli (P2). Each treatment was carried out 3 times. Homogeneity of variance using the Bartlett Test and additivity using the Tukey Test. Data that is homogeneous and additive is then subjected to analysis of variance (Anova) and the Contrast and Orthogonal Polynomial Tests are carried out. The results of the research showed that the concentration of aloe vera extract could increase all observed variables, the water apple varieties did not show differences in all observed variables, and there was an interaction between the concentration of aloe vera extract and the variety on root length and root surface distribution area.]]>
