Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa yang dimaksud CSR menggunakan indeks ISR dan ntuk mengetahui pelaksanaan CSR pada BNI Syariah sesuai dengan indeks ISR. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian berjenis kuantitatif dengan metode penilaian terhadap laporan tahunan yang dikeluarkan oleh BNI Syariah tahun 2018-2019. Nilai pengungkapan CSR menggunakan indeks GRI pada tahun 2018 dari 43 item terdapat 7 item yang tidak terisi sehingga total skor yaitu 36 item. Kategori yang memiliki skor yang paling tinggi adalah kategori profil dan strategi organisasi dan Sosial. Sub-Kategori: Praktek Ketenagakerjan Dan Kenyamanan Bekerja dengan nilai yang sama yaitu 7, dan kategori lingkungan menempati skor yang paling rendah yaitu 3. Apabila dipersentasekan maka pengungkapan menggunakan indeks GRI memperoleh adalah 85% apabila dikategorikan maka berada pada kategori sangat informatif. Sedangkan CSR tahun 2019 memiliki 9 item yang tidak terisi sehingga total skor yaitu 34 item. Kategori yang memiliki skor yang paling tinggi adalah kategori profil dan strategi organisasi dan Sosial. Sub-Kategori: Praktek Ketenagakerjan Dan Kenyamanan Bekerja dengan nilai yang sama yaitu 7, dan kategori lingkungan menempati skor yang paling rendah yaitu1. Apabila dipersentasekan maka pengungkapan menggunakan indeks GRI memperoleh adalah 79% apabila dikategorikan maka berada pada kategori informatif.

Abstract

In recent years, eMarketer data shows that Indonesia's e-commerce transactions reached 69.8 trillion in 2016. Even in 2018 it is predicted that it will continue to increase to IDR 144.1 trillion.The most influential satisfaction factor is the customer's perception of what is shown in the catalog.This study aims to visualize consumers using the products contained in the catalog. using Augmented Reality (AR) technology. The results show that the use of AR technology, which is built using TensorFlow, is able to recognize dimensional points on the human body so that clothing objects can be visualized on the consumer's body.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk medeskripsikan pembangunan ekonomi dalam investasi pendidikan. Pembangunan ekonomi merupakan upaya menciptakan perubahan pada nilai-nilai dan naiknya pendapatan perkapita maupun kelompok. Pendapatan perkapita akan mengalami perubahan jika dilakukan investasi pendidikan secara menyeluruh dan tepat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan menerapkan metode studi literasi ataupun kajian pustaka. Proses analisis data mengaplikasikan model Miles dan Huberman, yaitu olah data dilaksanakan berurutan yang dimulai dengan reduksi data, pemaparan data, melakukan verifikasi. Penelitian ini memiliki sumber data yang berasal dari hasil dokumentasi, yaitu sumber tertulis atau tercetak sesuai dengan topik yang bersumber dari buku, jurnal, dan website. Adapun hasil penelitian ini bahwa pembangunan ekonomi memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam investasi di bidang pendidikan yang dikelolah oleh pemerintah karena keduanya memiliki tujuan yang sejalan. Kata kunci: pembangunan ekonomi, investasi pendidikan ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to describe economic development in education investment. Economic development is an effort to create changes in values ​​and increase income per capita and groups. Per capita income will change if education is invested thoroughly and appropriately. This study uses a qualitative research approach by applying the method of literacy studies or literature review. The data analysis process applies the Miles and Huberman model, namely the data processing is carried out sequentially starting with data reduction, data exposure, and verification. This study has data sources that come from documentation, namely written or printed sources according to the topic sourced from books, journals, and websites. The results of this study indicate that economic development has a very important role in investment in education which is managed by the government because both have similar goals. Abstract

This study aims to: 1) know the influence of Taste on Repurchase at Simetri Coffee Roasters Bekasi, 2) know Product Innovation on Repurchase at Simetri Coffee Roasters Bekasi, 3) know Taste and Product Innovation together on Simetri Coffee Roasters Bekasi. This research uses quantitative methods. The number of samples in this study was 100 respondents. Respondents in the study were visitors to Simetri Coffee Roasters. The data collection techniques used are questionnaires and literature studies with data processing techniques using IBM SPSS version 26. The test results found that the Taste variable (X1) has an influence on Repurchase (Y) in Coffee Roasters Symmetry, the Product Innovation variable (X2) has an influence on Repurchase (Y) in Coffee Roasters Symmetry, and the Taste (X1) and Product Innovation (X2) variables simultaneously affect Repurchase in Simetru Coffee Roasters Bekasi with the results showing that this study has a positive and significant effect on Buyback (Y) in Simetri Coffe Roasters Bekasi.

Abstract

Information technology is increasingly playing a role in supporting the efficiency and effectiveness of communication in modern organizations. Especially after the development of information technology which has an impact on the ease of communication. Computer networks can provide a communication medium for computer-based devices to exchange data and information. One of the computer networks is a Local Area Network (LAN). LAN is a computer network that includes computers that are connected to each other in one room or a building. Computer network settings can be done at the host level, by configuring the host addressing in it. Good host addressing will make it easier for computer network management so that it will optimize the performance of the computer network. One of the rules that can be used for addressing computer networks is the Variable Length Subnet Mask (VLSM). VLSM is a development of subnetting, which further optimizes the use of the subnet itself. Sometimes the subnet division still leaves host addressing, VLSM sees this deficiency and makes the remaining host addresses then set to form a new subnet. So it can be said that VLSM forms a subnet within a subnet. This study performs network addressing by subnetting and using VLSM to better manage the addresses of all hosts on the computer network. The results of the addressing made are expected to be implemented in the Faculty of Industrial Technology. This study does not calculate the bandwidth load obtained after the implementation of VLSM.

Abstract

This article discusses the education of faith in the Al-Quran from the perspective of the Al-Quran itself by observing the words of Allah SWT in surah Al-Baqarah verse 2 and surah Yunus verse 57 through the interpretation of two mufassir, namely Ibnu Kathir and Quraish Shihab, as well as the values ​​contained in them. inside it. This article uses a descriptive method. The Tafsir Almisbah and Tafsir Ibn Kathir are the main sources for this article. Literature deemed relevant to this article as secondary sources. This article reveals that the education of faith in the Al-Quran contained in Surah Al-Baqarah verse 2 and Surah Yunus verse 57 contains education, guidance, medicine and is a blessing for believers.

Abstract

This study aims to know and understand the policy of implementing restorative Justice in the judiciary. As well as to know and understand the model of implementing restorative Justice from the perspective of the customary Justice of the Trong Yowari tribe, Jayapura Regency. The method used in this study is empirical juridical research that takes place in the Trong Yowari tribe, Jayapura Regency, with secondary data types with primary, secondary, and tertiary legal data sources, the population of the entire Trong Yowari tribe and samples in Yongsu Desoyo village, data collection techniques through literature study or documents with data analysis techniques using descriptive qualitative data analysis. The results of the study indicate that the policy of implementing restorative Justice in the prosecutor's office is the authority of the public prosecutor to stop prosecution if a case has been settled outside the court provided that: (a) for certain matters of crime, the maximum fine is paid voluntarily or (b) has recovery occurs back to its original state by using a Restorative Justice approach

Abstract

The rapid development of science and technology is currently bringing big leaps in almost all aspects of life, which has resulted in many activities becoming digitally based. The industrial sector is the sector that is quickest to adopt this technological development, conventional industrial activities are developing towards industrial digitalization. Likewise, in bookkeeping and preparing financial reports, most industries have implemented technological advances in data processing, so that it is no longer done manually. Several software have been developed to support digitization in bookkeeping and preparation of company financial reports, including the Accurate accounting computer program. This development must be immediately responded to by educational institutions such as Vocational High Schools (SMK) which produce graduates in the field of accounting, to equip their students with practical mastery. computerized accounting. So that the graduates produced are competitive in the labor market and have high competence to be able to work together with technological developments that have been implemented in industry. However, not all educational institutions have computer laboratories that are equipped with accounting software, so students cannot carry out computerized accounting practices. Abstract

Manajemen karir dan talenta merupakan faktor kritikal dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kinerja karyawan, khususnya di sektor retail dan kuliner. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh manajemen karir dan talenta terhadap kinerja karyawan di Yogyakarta, menggunakan data dari 97 pengusaha. Dengan metode survey dan analisis regresi linier berganda, hasil studi ini menemukan bahwa baik manajemen karir maupun talenta secara signifikan meningkatkan efektivitas kinerja karyawan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Hal ini menegaskan pentingnya pengaturan strategis karyawan berdasarkan bakat dan pengalaman mereka dalam memaksimalkan efektivitas operasional. Studi ini memberikan wawasan penting tentang implementasi praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia yang efektif di lingkungan bisnis Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang kursi malas ergonomis dengan memanfaatkan kombinasi limbah kayu jati dan kayu jati Belanda serta menerapkan finishing rustic white wash di Mantingan, Jepara. Fokus utama dari penelitian ini adalah mengoptimalkan penggunaan material kayu bekas dan teknik finishing yang sesuai dengan gaya desain minimalis serta prinsip keberlanjutan. Desain kursi malas dirancang untuk memastikan kenyamanan dan dukungan postural yang baik bagi pengguna. Proses penelitian mencakup analisis kebutuhan ergonomis, pemilihan material, serta penerapan teknik finishing yang meningkatkan daya tarik visual dan ketahanan produk. Finishing rustic white wash dipilih karena kemampuannya memberikan tampilan estetis yang menarik sekaligus melindungi permukaan kayu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi limbah kayu jati dan kayu jati Belanda dengan finishing rustic white wash menghasilkan kursi malas yang tidak hanya memenuhi standar ergonomis dan estetika tetapi juga berkontribusi pada pengurangan limbah dan dampak lingkungan. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan panduan bagi desainer furnitur dalam menciptakan produk yang berkelanjutan dan inovatif serta memperkaya pengetahuan tentang pemanfaatan material kayu bekas dalam industri furnitur.
