Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dimaksudkan supaya memperoleh pengetahuan yang berkaitan pengaruh inovasi produk, dan kepuasan konsumen atas minat beli ulang. Metode penelitian ini menerapkan strategi asosiatif, populasi yang dipilih pada penelitian ini ialah seluruh konsumen pengguna handphone samsung generasi Z dan sampel yang diikutsertakan sejumlah 89 jiwa yang berada diwilayah Jakarta Timur serta pengumpulan data responden menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis statistik menggunakan software SPSS 27 dan metode statistik menggunakan analisis regresi, analisis koefisien determinasi serta tindakan menguji hipotesis. Temuan penelitian memperlihatkan dimana inovasi produk memengaruhi minat beli ulang secara signifikan, dan kepuasan konsumen memengaruhi minat beli ulang secara signifikan serta inovasi produk dan kepercayaan konsumen dinyatakan memengaruhi secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang. ABSTRACT This research aims to gain knowledge related to the influence of product innovation and consumer satisfaction on repurchase intention. This research method applies an associative strategy, the population in this research is all consumers of Samsung generation Z mobile phone users and the sample taken is 89 people in the East Jakarta area and the collection of respondent data uses a questionnaire. Statistical analysis uses SPSS 27 software and statistical methods use regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and action to test the hypothesis. The research findings show that product innovation significantly influences repurchase intention, and consumer satisfaction significantly influences repurchase intention and product innovation and consumertrust are stated to influence simultaneously and significantly on repurchase intention.
