ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, job satisfaction, and work cultureon employee commitment at Indonesia Corruption Watch (ICW). The background of thisstudy is based on the importance of maintaining employee loyalty and engagement in anidealistic organization like ICW. The method used is a quantitative approach by distributingquestionnaires to ICW employees, and data analysis was carried out using PLS-SEMthrough SmartPLS 3. The results showed that work motivation, job satisfaction, and culturewere able to explain employee commitment by 47,7% (R-Square = 0,477), while the restwas influenced by other factors. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect oncommitment (T-statistic 3,368 >1,96 ; p-value 0,001 < 0,05), job satisfaction has nosignificant effect (T-statistics 1,876 > 1.96 ; p-value 0,061 < 0,05), work culture has asignificant but negative effect (t-statistic 2,570 >1,96 ; p-value 0,010 < 0,05). Thus, motivation is the main factor in forming commitment, while work culture needs to beevaluated to better support employee loyalty.
