<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the formation of student leadership at Junior High School of 2 Sorong Regency, teacher strategies in improving leadership through OSIS, and supporting and inhibiting factors in the process. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with Miles and Huberman model data analysis techniques. The results of the study indicate that the formation of leadership is carried out through real practices in the OSIS organization, such as the selection of administrators through internal elections, the provision of operational responsibilities, and character building through social activities. Supporting factors for the success of this program include participatory principal leadership, progressive OSIS mentors, a functional organizational structure, parental involvement, and the diversity of OSIS activities. The inhibiting factors are the absence of structural training such as LDKS, the high workload of mentoring teachers, and the lack of student understanding of the concept of leadership. Therefore, the development of student leadership requires a structured, consistent strategy and support from various parties.]]>
