Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of compensation, work stress, and motivation on employee job satisfaction at PT XYZ. The research method employed is quantitative, using the Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach. The study population consisted of 40 employees, selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through Likert-scale questionnaires and supporting interviews, and then tested for validity and reliability using outer and inner model analysis with SmartPLS. The results show that compensation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, work stress has a significant negative effect, and motivation has a significant positive effect with the most dominant influence on job satisfaction. These findings suggest that enhancing compensation and motivation can improve employee job satisfaction, while high levels of work stress can reduce it. This study provides recommendations for management to improve the compensation system, manage sources of work stress, and strengthen employee motivation to boost job satisfaction and productivity
