Abstract

Employee performance is the result of work both quantity and quality produced by employees or real behavior that is displayed in accordance with the duties and responsibilities assigned to him. This study aims to determine the importance of motivation and work environment on employee performance in the marketing division of PT. united motors center suzuki surabaya. The population used in this study was a total of 110 employees. The sample used is a saturated sample, that is, all members of the population are used as samples. The data analysis technique used in this research is the partial least squares (PLS) analysis method. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that motivation contributes to employee performance and the work environment contributes to employee performance.

Abstract

Budaya merupakan salah satu yang membuat bangsa ini berkembang   akan tetapi budaya sendiri sering kali terlupakan bahkan termakan oleh zaman , dari sekian banyak pemuda zaman sekarang  lebih tertarik dengan teknologi yang berkembang,  dari situlah muncul untuk membuat karya yang berhubungan dengan budaya itu sendiri. Tujuan pembuatan karya ini dimaksudkan untuk member pengetahuan tentang Abdi Dalem itu sendiri dimana banyak orang yang   kurang mengerti pengertian dari Abdi Dalem sendiri dan apa saja yang terdapat dalam Abdi dalem secara keseluruhan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan karya documenter ini menggunakan gaya expository  dan antropologi dimana kedua metode tersebut sangat menbantu dalam penulisan atau praktek dilapangan.   Mengangkat sebuah kebudayaan merupakan salah satu pilihan yang menarik dimana kita bias ikut melestarikan dan memperkenalkan budaya tersebut, dalam karya ini sang  pembuat hanya ingin memperkenalkan beberapa bagian kecil budaya yang ada di Indonesia. Abdi Dalem adalah seseorang yang mengabdi pada keraton dan raja dimana mereka sangat mendedikasikan dirinya dengan ikhlas dan tanpa keinginan yang lebih. Abdi Dalem sangat menjunjung dan menghormati apa-apa yang diberikan oleh rajanya, karena itu merupakan anugerah tersendiri bagi mereka dan mereka percaya itu akan membawa berkah tersendiri,  dalam kehidupan Abdi Dalem seperti masyarakat biasa akan tetapi mereka lebih banyak menetapkan ketentuan yang ada di keraton. Dalam hal kinerja mereka tidak pernah mengeluh karena mereka lahir batin untuk mengabdi pada keraton. Mengabdi merupakan salah satu pilihan mereka karena sebelum mereka menjadi abdi dalem ada salah satu keluarga mereka yang terlebihdahulu menjadi abdi dalem, dari segi keturunan itulah mereka ingin melestarikan budaya keraton.   Kata Kunci : Penciptaan, Dokumenter expository,  Abdi Dalem

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of discipline, motivation and self-efficacy on the performance of Sun Life Syariah insurance agents at PT. Sahabat Sukses Berbisnis Surabaya. The population in this study uses all agents owned by the insurance company Sun Life Syariah at PT Sahabat Sukses Berbisinis Surabaya as many as 94 insurance agents. The sampling technique used was the saturated sampling technique so that all the population was sampled, obtained as many as 94 respondents. Data was collected through questionnaires, which were then processed using Partial Least Square (PLS) data analysis techniques by conducting validity tests, reliability tests, structural model tests and hypothesis testing. The results showed that discipline, motivation, and self-efficacy had a positive and significant influence on the performance of Sun Life Syariah insurance agents at PT. Sahabat Sukses Berbisnis Surabaya.

Abstract

Suatu perusahaan harus memperhatikan kepuasan kerja karyawan, jika kepuasan tidak dapat terpenuhi dapat berakibat menurunnya kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan pra reset yang dilakukanpeneliti ditemukan bahwa beberapa karyawan divisi distribusi merasakan terjadinya ketidakcocokan komunikasi antara atasan dengan bawahan sehingga sering terjadi kesalahpahaman, kurangnya pemberian penghargaan terhadap karyawan dan lingkungankerjadengan suasana ruangan kurang kondusif. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawandi Kantor Pos KCU Surabaya 60000. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dengan skalalikert. Populasinya adalah karyawan kantor pos KCU Surabaya 60000 divisi distribusi, denganmenggunakan probability sampling sebanyak 35 karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitiandapat disimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasankerja, kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, danlingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di Kantor Pos KCU Surabaya 60000. Abstract

This research is entitled The Influence of Organizational Commitment, Work Discipline, and Work Environment for the Performance of Loading and Unloading Employees at PT.MMP (Morowali Mitra Perkasa). Quantitative research is utilized in this approach to research, with employee performance as the dependent variable and organizational commitment, work discipline, and work environment as the independent variables. The population in this study were employees in the field, totaling 530 employees. The sample for this research was determined using a "Probability Sampling" design, explicitly employing the "Simple Random Sampling" method, which involved the application of the Slovin formula calculation. Upon employing calculations utilizing the Slovin formula, it was ascertained that the number of samples deemed representative of the population amounted to 84 respondents. The research analysis technique employed in this study utilizes the partial least squares (PLS) method. The findings derived from the analysis conducted in this research are as follows: 1) Organizational Commitment Influences Employee Performance. 2) Work Discipline Influences Employee Performance. 3) The work environment influences employee performance

Abstract

Based on reports related to these work accidents and most of them occur in the traders, goods, and consumption industries which are also micro-business or commonly referred to as UMKM social protection needs to be carried out for the Indonesian people in the form of social security. Indonesia has 64,197,050 UMKM that are recorded by the Ministry of Cooperatives UMKM so Indonesian workers who work as UMKM are classified as many and each worker needs social security protection from the government to avoid work accidents as happened before. Therefore, these problems are resolved using observation and interview methods, presenting and discussions wrapped in the socialization of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan to UMKM agents in the Medokan Ayu, Surabaya, or in the world of marketing, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan conducts direct selling to prospective consumers through secondary socialization to UMKM agents in Medokan Ayu, Surabaya which is also a research internship activity

Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of compensation, motivation, and HR competence on employee performance. The object used in this research is the employees of UMKM Griya Tas Indah Sidoarjo. while the sample in this study were employees of UMKM Griya Tas Indah Sidoarjo. The sampling method used was saturated sampling technique with a total of 35 respondents. Data analysis in this study was carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method which shows that all of these tests used a quantitative research design, data analysis in the form of descriptive statistics and PLS analysis. Based on the research results, it can be seen that 1) the fulfillment variable is able to support employee performance improvement, 2) motivational variable is able to support employee performance improvement, 3) HR competence variable is able to support employee performance improvement. Abstract

The goals of an organization are realized by paying attention to human resources (HR). In addition, the work environment, motivation, job satisfaction, and trust from employees also play a role. PT. Radio Mayangkara Ria Blitar is the chosen location of the research which aims to obtain an analysis of work motivation, work environment/place, and self-confidence, whether there is an effect on the employees of PT. Radio Mayangkara Ria Blitar who experienced job satisfaction. In addition, Saturated sampling was chosen as the method in the study. Secondary and primary data is used where primary data is in the form of questionnaire results for 33 employees of PT. Radio Mayangkara Ria. Partial Least Square (PLS) is used by researchers to analyze. The research shows that employee job satisfaction is positively and significantly influenced by motivation and work environment. However, self-confidence has a negative and insignificant effect on employees at PT. Radio Mayangkara Ria whether you experience job satisfaction.

Abstract

Achieving organizational goals involves managing human resources (HR) by considering several important factors. Work discipline, work environment, employee protection and job satisfaction play a crucial role in this. This research is aimed at PT. Tradimun Mitra Sejahtera to analyze the effect of work discipline, work environment, and work pressure on employee job satisfaction. The research method used is saturated sampling method, in which secondary data and primary data are used. Primary data was obtained through a questionnaire filled out by 35 employees of PT. Tradimun Mitra Sejahtera. Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis was used by researchers to analyze the data. The results of the study show that employee job satisfaction is positively and significantly influenced by work discipline and work pressure. However, it turns out that the work environment has a negative effect that is not significant on the job satisfaction of employees of PT. Tradimun Mitra Sejahtera.
