Abstract

Abstrak Desa Karangmukti di Kecamatan Cipeundeuy, Kabupaten Subang, memiliki potensi besar dalam sektor Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) yang belum sepenuhnya termanfaatkan. Untuk meningkatkan branding desa dan memperluas pasar bagi produk lokal, pengembangan e-commerce desa menjadi solusi strategis. Artikel ini membahas bagaimana pengembangan website e-commerce khusus untuk Desa Karangmukti dapat memperkuat identitas desa sekaligus memberikan platform digital bagi UMKM lokal untuk menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas. Melalui pendekatan ini, diharapkan tidak hanya terjadi peningkatan penjualan produk lokal, tetapi juga peningkatan kesadaran dan daya tarik terhadap Desa Karangmukti di tingkat regional maupun nasional. Penelitian ini juga mengkaji tantangan dan peluang yang dihadapi dalam implementasi e-commerce desa, serta memberikan rekomendasi untuk langkah-langkah yang dapat diambil guna memastikan kesuksesan dan keberlanjutan program ini. Kata Kunci: UMKM, Digitalisasi, E-Commerce, Website.   Abstract Karangmukti Village in Cipeundeuy Sub-district, Subang Regency, has great potential in the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector that has not been fully utilized. To improve village branding and expand the market for local products, the development of village e-commerce is a strategic solution. This article discusses how the development of a customized e-commerce website for Karangmukti Village can strengthen the village's identity while providing a digital platform for local MSMEs to reach a wider market. Through this approach, it is expected that there will not only be an increase in sales of local products, but also an increase in awareness and attractiveness of Karangmukti Village at the regional and national levels. This research also examines the challenges and opportunities faced in the implementation of village e-commerce, and provides recommendations for steps that can be taken to ensure the success and sustainability of this program.
