Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ekuitas merek, desain produk dan distribusi terhadap keunggulan bersaing pada produk Oleh-oleh Betawi Mpok Mumun di DKI Jakarta.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan dibantu alat analisis berupa SPSS (Statistic Package for Social Sciences) dengan jumlah responden 175 orang pelanggan Oleh-oleh Betawi Mpok Mumun. Hasil analisa menunjukkan  dampak yang nyata, dimana ekuitas merek, desain produk dan distribusi berdampak positif terhadap keunggulan bersaing. Kata kunci: desain produk, distribusi, ekuitas merek, keunggulan bersaing, SPSS  ABSTRACT This research aims to ascertain whether brand equity, product design and distribution have an impact on competitive advantage in Betawi Mpok Mumun Souvenir Products in DKI Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative method assisted by analysis tools in the form of SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) with a total of 175 respondents Betawi Mpok Mumun Souvenir customers. The results of the analysis show a real impact, where brand equity, product design and distribution have a positive impact on competitive advantage. Keywords: brand equity, competitive advantage, distribution, product design, SPSS
