Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menelaah faktor strategi dan etika bisnis terhadap kinerja usaha makanan dan minuman di Kabupaten Bogor. Keunggulan kompetitif digunakan untuk memediasi pengaruh strategi dan etika bisnis terhadap kinerja usaha. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan PLS-SEM terhadap 100 responden. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan etika bisnis berpengaruh positif secara langsung terhadap kinerja usaha sementara strategi bisnis berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja usaha. Penelitian ini juga menunjukan bahwa keunggulan kompetitif memiliki peran penting terhadap kinerja usaha. Keunggulan bersaing menguatkan strategi dan etika bisnis yang berpengaruh positif dalam mendukung peningkatan kinerja usaha. Penelitian ini memberi implikasi bahwa keunggulan kompetitif penting dalam mendukung strategi dan etika bisnis guna peningkatan kinerja usaha. Kata kunci: etika bisnis, keunggulan kompetitif, kinerja, strategi, UMKM ABSTRACT This research is intended to examine strategic factors and business ethics on the performance of food and beverage businesses in Bogor Regency. Competitive advantage is used to mediate the influence of business strategy and ethics on business performance. This research was conducted using PLS-SEM on 100 respondents. The research results show that business ethics has a direct positive effect on business performance while business strategy has an indirect effect on business performance. This research also shows that competitive advantage has an important role in business performance. Competitive advantage strengthens business strategies and ethics which have a positive influence in supporting increased business performance. This research has the implication that competitive advantage is important in supporting business strategy and ethics to improve the business performance.
