STUDI ANALISIS KESEIMBANGAN AIR DI SITU GEDE KELURAHAN LINGGAJAYA KECAMATAN MANGKUBUMI KOTA TASIKMALAYA

Abstract— Reduced water supply into the lake and high sedimentation rates are indicated as the cause of the decline in the function of Situ Gede as a potential water resource. The problems that occur, namely the decrease in water every year, especially during the dry season. Even the Cibanjaran River, which is the upstream of Situ Gede, experienced a reduction in discharge which caused Situ Gede to dry up. The purpose of this research is to analyze the needs and water balance of Situ Gede. The data used in this study are rainfall data and climatological data for 2012-2021 obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics for the City of Tasikmalaya, and data on the Situ Gede discharge from the Ciwulan-Cilaki PSDA, Tasikmalaya City. The method used in this study is the water balance mwthod where the this is a balance of input and output of water in a place for certain period, so that you can find out the amount of water in a place that is experiencing excess water (surplus) or deficiency (deficit). Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that the water balance of Situ Gede in the 2012-2021 period experienced a deficit of 71.25% and a surplus of 28.75%. Despite experiencing a high percentage of deficit, in fact Situ Gede is able to meet water needs with a success rate of 91.25%. Keywords —Debit, Deficit, Surplus, Water Balance. Abstrak— Berkurangnya pasokan air ke dalam situ dan tingginya tingkat sedimentasi diindikasikan sebagai penyebab terjadinya penurunan fungsi Situ Gede sebagai potensi sumber daya air. Adapun permasalahan yang terjadi yaitu adanya penyusutan air disetiap tahun terutama pada musim kemarau. Bahkan Sungai Cibanjaran yang menjadi hulu Situ Gede mengalami pengurangan debit yang menyebabkan Situ Gede mengering. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kebutuhan dan keseimbangan air Situ Gede. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data curah hujan dan data klimatologi tahun 2012-2021 yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik Kota Tasikmalaya dan data debit Situ Gede dari PSDA Ciwulan-Cilaki Kota Tasikmalaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode neraca air dimana metode ini merupakan neraca masukan dan keluaran air disuatu tempat pada periode tertentu, sehingga dapat mengetahui jumlah air dalam suatu tempat mengalami kelebihan air (surplus) ataupun kekurangan (defisit). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh bahwa keseimbangan air Situ Gede dalam kurun waktu 2012-2021 mengalami defisit sebesar 71,25% dan surplus sebesar 28,75%. Meski mengalami persentase defisit yang cukup tinggi, namun nyatanya Situ Gede mampu memenuhi kebutuhan air dengan tingkat keberhasilan 91,25%. Kata kunci — Debit, Defisit, Surplus, Keseimbangan Air.
