This research aims to examine the factors that affect the successful implementation of e-procurement system by an employee in the scope of Government of Malang by using DeLone and McLean and TAM model combination developed by Nerissa Zukhruf (2011). This research empirically desmonstrates that the successful implementation of e-procurement system usage intention is influenced by system quality and information quality which part of DeLone and McLean and also influenced by perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use which part of TAM. Information quality has the most dominant influence to successful implementation of e-procurement system because employee can feel that the information is accurate and easily understood by using that application. The implication of this research is to support the Presidential Decree No. 54 Year 2010 which requires local authorities to carry out all procurement of goods/services of local government through an electronic procurement (e-procurement) system. Keywords: DeLone dan McLean, Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), system quality, information  quality,  perceived  usefulness,  perceived  ease  of  use,  successful,  e- procurement.
