The Rembang Regency Culture and Tourism Office refers to the government entity that has responsibility for managing administrative affairs in the culture and tourism sector. The main objective of carrying out this study is to examine the impact the impact of employee work discipline, motivational drivers, and the environmental conditions within the workplace on the overall performance of personnel in this agency. The main issue raised focuses regarding the degree to which the three variables collectively indicate a contribution to employee performance. This research framework is structured in a quantitative approach, where the procedure of gathering and compiling information utilizes observation, written questionnaires, and documentation. The analytical methods applied include simple linear regression, calculating the correlation coefficient, t testing, multiple linear regression, determining the coefficient of determination, and F test analysis. Grounded in the context of results of the through examination, it was discovered that both work discipline and motivational factors within the workplace did not show a significant impact regarding Performance, while the Work Environment shows a significant impact. These results illustrate that the quality of the work the surrounding conditions exert a significant influence in supporting the way employees carry out their tasks, which ultimately influences their overall performance outcomes.
