<![CDATA[Business competition today does not only occur between individual companies, but also between business networks. Companies are required to not only produce quality products, but also provide significant added value and implement the right strategy to survive in the increasingly fierce competition. An effective strategy includes various aspects, such as planning, production, and delivery of products to consumers, all of which are important parts of supply chain management. This research was conducted at CV. Padaidi Center for Small and Medium Industries (IKM) Furniture Morowali, Central Sulawesi, which is engaged in the production of furniture, including chairs, tables, cabinets, and other products, with the aim of meeting consumer needs and remaining competitive. To achieve this goal, the company needs good supply chain strategy planning, including the identification of risks that may arise and their effective management. This research uses the House of Risk (HOR) method to determine priorities in risk management strategies, while the identification of business activities is carried out using the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) method, which is then continued with risk analysis in each activity. Not many studies have combined the HOR and SCOR methods, and the novelty of this research lies in the combination of the two methods, especially in the IKM Furniture sector. The research identified 19 risk events and 20 risk agents that can affect the smoothness of the supply chain. The results of the research can contribute to designing more effective risk mitigation strategies, in order to improve the resilience and efficiency of the company's supply chain.]]>
