<![CDATA[Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus is one of the chronic diseases with a high prevalence in Indonesia and imposes a significant burden on healthcare costs. Comorbidities and poor blood glucose control contribute to the increase in direct medical costs and the decline in patients’ quality of life. The aim of this study is to conduct a Cost Utility Analysis (CUA) in patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus by integrating blood glucose levels, comorbidities, direct medical costs, and quality of life. This study employed a cross-sectional design with data collected using a convenience sampling technique through the EQ-5D-5L questionnaire to measure quality of life, medical records for blood glucose and comorbidity data, and direct medical cost data from the hospital.
