<![CDATA[The type of research used in this study is a qualitative research using a case study approach and the subject of the research is the educator who teaches Islamic religious education subjects, totaling 2 educators at SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Tulangan Sidoarjo. Data collection techniques are (1) interviews, ( 2) observation, (3) documentation. The data analysis technique consists of three stages (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, (3) verification/drawing conclusions. Based on the research that has been done, there are several research results, namely: (1 ) Class management in the learning process at SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Tulangan Sidoarjo has made various efforts through: planning, organizing, directing, and assessing, (2) The strategies implemented by educators in classroom management in the learning process are being able to determine learning methods according to class and students, determine the sources and media to be used, and carry out the seating arrangement, (3) the obstacles experienced in the application of classroom management in overcoming student discipline problems in Islamic religious education subjects class X, namely inadequate facilities and poor student conditions such as not listening to the material presented, do not understand the material presented, chat with friends and others.]]>
