<![CDATA[Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) adalah penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus (SARS- CoV-2). SARS-CoV-2 merupakan coronavirus jenis baru yang belum pernah diidentifikasi sebelumnya pada manusia. Ada setidaknya dua jenis coronavirus yang diketahui menyebabkan penyakit yang dapat menimbulkan gejala berat seperti Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) dan Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS). Tujuan Penelitan ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor apa sajakah yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan pasien terhadap protokol kesehatan dalam pencegahan Covid-19 di Puskesmas Taanjung Beringin. Jenis penelitian adalah survey korelasi analitik (penelitian analitik) dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectionaly. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang berkunjung ke Puskesmas Tanjung Beringin, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling. Data yang digunakan meliputi data primer dan data sekunder. Analisa data menggunakan pendekatan bivariat dan multivariat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh pengetahuan, sikap, dan persepsi terhadap protokol kesehatan dalam pencegahan Covid-19 di Puskesmas Tanjung Beringin. Hasil analisis uji statistik chi-square diperoleh nilai p = 0,000 < 0,05. Faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kepatuhan pasien terhadap protokol kesehatan dalam pencegahan Covid- 19 di Puskesmas Tanjung Beringin adalah sikap. Sebaiknya tenaga kesehatan memberikan edukasi kepada pasien tentang kepatuhan pasien dalam protokol kesehatan. SARS-CoV-2 is a new type of coronavirus that has never been identified before in humans. There are at least two types of coronavirus that are known to cause diseases that can cause severe symptoms such as Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS). The aim of this research is to find out what factors influence patient compliance with health protocols in preventing Covid-19 at the Taanjung Beringin Community Health Center. The type of research is an analytical correlation survey (analytical research) with a cross sectional research design. The population in this study were people who visited the Tanjung Beringin Community Health Center, the sampling technique used accidental sampling. The data used includes primary data and secondary data. Data analysis uses bivariate and multivariate approaches. The results of this research show that there is an influence of knowledge, attitudes and perceptions of health protocols in preventing Covid-19 at the Tanjung Beringin Community Health Center. The results of the chi-square statistical test analysis obtained a p value = 0.000 < 0.05. The most dominant factor influencing patient compliance with health protocols in preventing Covid-19 at the Tanjung Beringin Community Health Center is attitude.
