<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to explain and analyze the implementation of the provision of children's playgrounds by the Bumi Palangka III National Housing Public Company and how the government is responsible for managing children's playgrounds - the subsidiary of the Bumi Palangka III national housing public company in Palangka Raya City. The method used is empirical legal research with data collection techniques through interviews with the Bumi Palangka National Housing Public Company and the Residents/Communities of the Bumi Palangka III National Housing Society. The results of this research are the efforts of the Palangkaraya city government in managing children's playgrounds by collaborating with the private sector and related agencies to build public facilities and social facilities based on site plan which has been mutually agreed upon by the Palangka Raya City Government and Perumnas general implementation of the obligation to provide public facilities and social facilities at Bumi Palangka III National Housing implemented quite well by the developer, by providing several facilities which are the basic needs of housing residents]]>
