This research was conducted to analyze and determine the best dose of pectin supplementation from orange peels (OPP) with Lactobacillus plantarum as a synbiotic in the diet for total length growth (TLG), absolute weight growth (AWG), specific growth rate (SGR), feed intake (FI), and feed utilization efficiency (FE). This research used an experimental method with a completely randomized design consisting of 4 treatments and 3 replicates. Each treatment was given a PKJ dose of 0 g/kg feed (P0), 5 g/kg1 feed (P1), 10 g/kg feed (P2), and 15 g/kg feed (P3), and the addition of L. plantarum at a dose of 0.1 mL/g feed. Jelawat fish weighing 9-10 g were kept in container with 10 fish per container and fed to satiation with a frequency of twice a day for 30 days. The results showed that OPP + L. plantarum supplementation showed a significant effect on TLG, AWG, SGR, FI, and FE (P
