PENERAPAN MODEL KOOPERATIF LEARNING GROUP INVESTIGATION UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATERI TEOREMA PYTHAGORAS DI KELAS VIIIB SMP NEGERI 1 PALU

Abstrak : Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas VIIIB SMP Negeri 1 Palu pada materi teorema pythagoras dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif learning group investigation. Jenis penelitian adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Rancangan penelitian mengacu pada model Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart, yang terdiri dari empat komponen, yaitu: (1) perencanaan, (2) pelaksanaan tindakan, (3) observasi dan (4) refleksi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Data yang dikumpulkan berupa data aktivitas guru dan siswa melalui lembar observasi, hasil wawancara, dan hasil catatan lapangan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan model kooperatif learning group investigation dengan mengikuti langkah-langkah sebagai berikut: (1) Grouping, (2) Planning, (3) Investigation, (4) Organizing, (5) Presenting, dan (6) Evaluating. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui penerapan model kooperatif learning group investigation dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Kata Kunci: Model Kooperatif Learning Group investigation, Hasil Belajar, dan Teorema Pythagoras Abstract : The objectives of this research is to improve student’s learning outcomes in class VIII B SMP Negeri 1 Palu about teorema pythagoras material through cooperative learning group investigation. The research was classroom action research. The research design refers to Kemmis and Mc. Taggart, consisting of four components, they are (1) Planning (2) Doing action (3) observation and (4) reflection. This research was conducted in two cycles. This research the data collected are the data of teacher and students activity through observation sheet, the result of interview and the result of range note. This research is conducted through applying cooperative learning type Group Investigation by following below steps : (1) Grouping, (2) Planning, (3) Investigation, (4) Organizing, (5) Presenting, and (6) Evaluating. The results of this research indicating that through the application of cooperative learning group investigation that can improve student learning outcomes.
