This research analyzes teacher performance in classroom management to increase student enthusiasm for learning at SMPN 1 Kedungwaringin. The teacher's role is very important in creating a conducive learning environment. However, students' enthusiasm for learning often decreases due to a lack of involvement and motivation from teachers. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method to provide a comprehensive picture of the learning strategies implemented by teachers and their impact on students' enthusiasm for learning. The research results show that implementing appropriate strategies in classroom management can increase teaching effectiveness and student participation. The government has issued various policies and regulations to support the role of teachers in classroom management. This research also highlights the importance of professional development for teachers to improve the quality of learning.
