This research aims to analyze the performance of employees of the Karawang Regency Community and Village Empowerment Service. The main focus of this research is to identify work quality, work quantity, productivity and employee effectiveness in carrying out their duties. This research method uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research show that the quality and quantity of employee work has largely met the established standards, but there are still several obstacles in terms of productivity and effectiveness that require further attention to improve overall performance. This research provides recommendations for increasing employee competency and motivation in order to achieve more optimal performance in the future.
