<![CDATA[The crescent of this research is to know the contribution of muscle limb explosive power and velocity with the speed of sickle kick at athletes martial art UKM Fraternity Loyal Heart Lotus University of Lampung. The method used is descriptive correlation with population as well as samples of 20 athletes because it is called sample population. Test and measurements, test muscle leg explosive power, flexibility and the speed of a sickle kick. From this study it can be concluded that all variables have a positive contribution with the results of the sickle-kick speed at the athletes of martial art UKM Fraternity Loyal Heart Lotus University of Lampung.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi daya ledak otot tungkai dan kelentukan dengan kecepatan tendangan sabit pada atletPencak Silat UKM Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate Universitas Lampung. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif korelasional dengan populasi sekaligus sampel sebanyak 20 orang atlet karena itu disebut populasi sampel. Tes dan pengukuran, tes daya ledak otot tungkai, kelentukan dan kecepatan tendangan sabit. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa semua variabel memiliki kontribusi yang positif dengan hasil kecepatan tendangan sabit pada atletPencak Silat UKM Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate Universitas Lampung.Kata kunci: daya ledak, kelentukan, tendangan sabit.]]>
