<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the concept, forms of implementation, role, as well as the challenges and opportunities of digital waqf in the perspective of contemporary literature. Using a descriptive qualitative approach and library research method, data were collected from various written sources including academic journals, books, official documents, and institutional reports on waqf. The findings indicate that digital waqf is understood as an Islamic philanthropic innovation that utilizes information technology to facilitate the collection, management, and distribution of waqf funds. The implementation of digital waqf has developed in several forms, such as cash waqf through digital transfers, waqf crowdfunding, and integration with Islamic financial institutions. Digital waqf also plays an important role in empowering the Muslim community through productive waqf funds managed for education, healthcare, micro-enterprises, and social infrastructure. Nevertheless, several challenges remain, including low waqf literacy, weak regulations, and data security issues. On the other hand, the potential for developing digital waqf is considerable through regulatory support, technological innovations such as blockchain, and cross-institutional collaboration. This study concludes that digital waqf has the potential to become a relevant Islamic philanthropic instrument in the digital era and significantly contribute to the improvement of community welfare.]]>
