<![CDATA[The evaluation instrument in measuring the students' competencies must be in conform with the basic competencies, so that the expected competencies can be achieved. This research was seen from the conformity aspect of the evaluation instrument with the material presented by the teacher during the learning process in the classroom. The method used in this research was descriptive method. The subjects were ten biology teachers from seven high school in Bandung as a sample, each school representing three clusters. Selection of this research sample was done by using stratified sampling technique, that was choosing school with high category, medium and low. Basic competencies analyzed were material of Class XI Excretion System. The data were obtained by observation, documentation study and questionnaire. Conformity of evaluation instrument material with material that was submitted by teacher during classroom learning process in Material of excretion system was 79,83%.Instrumen evaluasi dalam mengukur kemampuan siswa harus sesuai dengan kompetensi dasar (KD), agar kompetensi yang diharapkan bisa tercapai. Penelitian ini dilihat dari aspek kesesuaian materi instrumen evaluasi dengan materi yang disampaikan guru selama proses pembelajaran di kelas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah sepuluh orang guru biologi dari tujuh SMAN di kota Bandung sebagai sampel, setiap sekolah mewakili tiga cluster. Pemilihan sampel penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik stratified sampling, yaitu dengan memilih sekolah dengan kategori tinggi, sedang dan rendah. KD yang dianalisis materi Sistem Ekskresi kelas XI. Data diperoleh dengan cara observasi, studi dokumentasi dan angket. Kesesuaian materi intrumen evaluasi dengan materi yang disampaikan guru selama proses pembelajaran di kelas pada materi Sistem ekskresi 79,83%.Kata kunci: instrumen evaluasi, hasil belajar, kompetensi dasar]]>
