Penelitian ini membahas tentang pemberdayaan terhadap perempuan petani hutan di Dusun Katikan, Desa Katikan, Kec. Kedunggalar. Kab. Ngawi, Prov. Jawa Timur. Metode yang digunakan adalah PAR (Participatory Action Research), yang merupakan metode yang melibatkan partisipasi aktif masyarakat dan menjadikan masyarakat sebagai subjek bukan sebagai objek. Strategi yang dilakukan peneliti dalam mengatasi tingginya tingkat kemiskinan petani hutan perempuan karena rendahnya penghasilan pertanian yaitu melalui edukasi dan inovasi pengolahan dan pemasaran hasil pertanian hutan, mengorganisir terbentuknya Kelompok Usaha Tani, menginisiasi kebijakan desa tentang pengolahan dan pemasaran hasil pertanian hutan serta mengorganisir sarana pengolahan dan pemasaran hasil pertanian hutan. Dalam hal ini, Hasil Hutan Bukan Kayu (HHBK) difokuskan pada pengolahan hasil panen jagung dan singkong. Hasil dari pemberdayaan yaitu adanya pengolahan dan pemasaran hasil pertanian hutan, adanya Kelompok Usaha Tani, adanya kebijakan desa tentang pengolahan dan pemasaran hasil pertanian hutan, serta adanya sarana pengolahan dan pemasaran hasil pertanian hutan.   This research discusses the empowerment of women forest farmers in Katikan Hamlet, Katikan Village, Kedunggalar Subdistrict, Ngawi District, East Java Province. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR), which involves active community participation and treats the community as subjects rather than objects. The researcher's strategies to address the high level of poverty among women forest farmers due to low agricultural income include education and innovation in the processing and marketing of forest agricultural products, organizing the formation of Farmer Group Enterprises, initiating village policies on the processing and marketing of forest agricultural products, and organizing facilities for the processing and marketing of forest agricultural products. In this context, the focus of Non-Timber Forest Products (NTFPs) is on the processing of maize and cassava harvests. The results of empowerment include the processing and marketing of forest agricultural products, the establishment of Farmer Group Enterprises, the presence of village policies on the processing and marketing of forest agricultural products, and the availability of facilities for the processing and marketing of forest agricultural products.
