This study aims to redesign the layout of production facilities at Reklin Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) that produce laundry bleach. The main problems are long material transfer distances, irregular production flows, and overlapping workspaces that reduce efficiency. The redesign was carried out using the Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) approach, supported by graphical methods, Activity Relationship Chart (ARC), From-To Chart, and Flow Process Chart (FPC). The results of the study show that the total material transfer distance was reduced from 131.1 meters to 90 meters, or a decrease of 31.35%. This achievement proves that the proposed layout can improve material flow efficiency, simplify the production process, and optimize space utilization. The implementation of the new layout is expected to accelerate production and facilitate operational supervision at IMKM Reklin.
