<![CDATA[This community service activity was carried out in Pasir Putih Village, Depok City, through the Forum Anak Pasir Putih (FAPP) as a medium to strengthen children's participation in realizing a Child-Friendly City (KLA). The activity aimed to enhance the knowledge and skills of adolescents in leadership, organizational management, and peer motivation so that they can serve as "Pelopor" (pioneers) and "Pelapor" (reporters) in promoting and protecting children's rights. The methods used included lectures, discussions, and simulation-based training, all designed to encourage active participation. The results of the activity showed that participants, who were mostly 14–18 years old and high school students, gained new insights into leadership and organizational management. They also demonstrated motivation to actively contribute to the Forum Anak’s work programs. This activity also received support from the Pasir Putih Village government, ensuring the sustainability of Forum Anak activities. The conclusion highlights that counseling and training in organizational management are highly relevant for adolescents, as they provide valuable experiences and knowledge that are not always obtained in formal education.]]>
