<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to analyze and explain the role of teachers to the social attitude change of students class 8 SMP Negeri 1 Bumi Ratu Nuban. The method used in this research was descriptive method with quantitative approach. The subjects of research were teacher and students. Data collection was done by using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The credibility test used percentage and Chi Square. The result of the research showed that there is a significant influence of the teacher role in the social attitude change of students in SMP Negeri 1 Bumi Ratu Nuban seen from the result of questionnaire of the researcher. The suggestion is that the teacher should communicate the importance of social attitude for the students.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan peranan guru terhadap perubahan sikap sosial siswa kelas 8 di SMP Negeri 1 Bumi Ratu Nuban. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian merupakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian guru dan siswa-siswi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Uji kredibilitas menggunakan persentase dan Chi Kuadrat. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat peranan guru yang sangat berpengaruh dalam perubahan sikap sosial siswa di SMP Negeri 1 Bumi Ratu Nuban dilihat dari hasil angket peneliti.
