This study aims to identify factors that affect the professional integrity of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in the Health Office of Southwest Aceh Regency, Aceh Province. The integrity of ASN is a crucial aspect in public services that has a direct impact on public performance and trust. Law Number 36 of 2014 concerning Health emphasizes the need for civil servants in the health sector to have high competence and ethics. This study uses an explanatory approach with a quantitative approach, collecting data through a Likert scale questionnaire and observing 88 respondents selected through saturated sampling techniques. Data analysis was carried out by validity, reliability, classical assumptions, hypotheses, determinations (R2), and linear regression tests. The results showed that attitudes towards the professional integrity of ASN had an influence of 63.5%, subjective norms of 52.7%, perception of behavior control by 60.4%, and anti-corruption behavior by 61.1%. Overall, these factors significantly contribute 83.0% to the professional integrity of ASN. The recommendations from this study emphasize the importance of improving attitudes, subjective norms, perception of behavior control, and anti-corruption behavior to strengthen the professional integrity of civil servants. The active involvement of the Regional Government, especially the Southwest Aceh Health Office, is needed in implementing policies that support the improvement of the integrity of ASN in accordance with the standards set by the Central and Provincial Governments. The implications of this study help formulate more effective strategies and policies to ensure improved integrity and performance of ASN in the future.
