The results of the study are that work stress has a positive and significant effect on the environment of PT PLN Nusantara Power Generation Maintenance Unit (UPHK) Medan. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT PLN Nusantara Power Generation Maintenance Unit (UPHK) Medan.
