Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the form of development of teaching materials based on PBL that integrate the values of the character of students in the change in attitude of students learning grade V Primary and to find out the difference in attitude changes of students using learning materials based on problem based learning changes in student learning attitudes that do not use instruction based learning materials that integrate the values of class V character of elementary school. This research and development adapted from Borg and Gall model. The data was collected using observation, questionnaire, written test and interview, then analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. This research resulted in a teaching material in the form of supplement with problem-based learning approach, data analysis showed that instructional material supplement with problem-based approach can improve student learning attitude V Primary School.Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bentuk pengembangan bahan ajar berbasis Problem Based Learning yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai karakter siswa dalam perubahan sikap belajar siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar dan untuk mengetahui perbedaan perubahan sikap siswa yang menggunakan bahan ajar berbasis problem based learning dengan perubahan sikap belajar siswa yang tidak menggunakan bahan ajar berbasis Problem based Learningyang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai karakter kelas V Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian dan pengembangan ini diadaptasi dari model Borg and Gall. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, angket, tes tertulis dan wawancara, kemudian dianalisis secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah bahan ajar berupa suplemen dengan pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis masalah, analisis data menunjukkan bahwa suplemen bahan ajar dengan pendekatan berbasis masalah dapat meningkatkan sikap belajar siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar.Kata kunci: pembelajaran berbasis masalah, bahan ajar, sikap belajar, dan nilai-nilai karakter
