This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Logistics Capability, Information Technology, Innovation Capability, Logistics Integration, and Logistics Performance on the Indonesian logistics industry. The research method used was a quantitative survey, distributing questionnaires to 295 logistics companies through a logistics company association. Forty-five logistics companies completed the questionnaire and were found to meet the criteria. Data analysis was performed using Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that Logistics Capability had a positive and significant effect on Logistics Performance, Innovation Capability had a negative and significant effect, and Information Technology and Logistics Integration had no effect on Logistics Performance. This study demonstrates that Logistics Capability makes the largest contribution to Logistics Performance in the Indonesian logistics industry. Implications of this study emphasize the importance of logistics companies continuously improving their capabilities to ensure that consumer goods arrive on time, are undamaged, and are not lost. Companies are also advised to develop the ability to provide excellent service by establishing a 24-hour call center. Companies are also advised to provide regular employee training and development to ensure they are always capable of providing the best service to consumers
